RFLX AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the RFLX application and website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

- Account information: Name, email address, and organization name when you sign up.
- Payment information: Processed securely through Apple (StoreKit) or Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- Interview data: Audio transcriptions, AI-generated insights, and candidate information you input into the Service.
b) Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Feature usage, session duration, and interaction patterns to improve the Service.
- Device information: Operating system version, app version, and device type.
- Waitlist data: Email address submitted through our waitlist form.

3. Audio & Interview Data
This is important to us:
- Audio is processed locally on your device. Raw audio is never uploaded to our servers.
- Transcriptions are processed through third-party AI providers (e.g., Gemini, DeepSeek) for analysis. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and do not use your data for training.
- You can delete your interview data at any time from within the app.
- We do not sell, share, or use your interview content for advertising purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers: Cloud infrastructure (Convex), payment processors (Stripe, Apple), and AI model providers — only as necessary to operate the Service.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion.
- Interview data can be deleted at any time by you. We delete it from our systems within 30 days of your request.
- Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or we no longer need them.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Export your data in a portable format.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses minimal analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. The RFLX macOS app does not use cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
