RFLX is an AI-powered interview copilot for macOS that provides real-time transcription, signal detection, and post-interview analysis to help hiring teams make better decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

4. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to record or transcribe conversations without the consent of all participants where required by applicable law.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

6. Recording & Consent

You are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent from interview participants before using RFLX to record, transcribe, or analyze conversations. Laws regarding recording consent vary by jurisdiction. RFLX does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for your compliance with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by RFLX AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is available at rflxai.com.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RFLX AI does not guarantee that AI-generated insights are complete, accurate, or suitable for making hiring decisions. The Service is a decision-support tool — all hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFLX AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination
